ONLINE MODALITY-AGNOSTIC PATCH-BASED TECHNIQUE FOR LESION FILLING IN MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS (FIFO QUEUE)

The "Online filling lesions tool" is a fully automated software-as-service tool, which uses the modality-agnostic fill lesion technique of Prados et al. to fill any MRI images. Fill lesions is implemented as part of NiftySeg.
