Online MRI (NIFTI) to 3D printing (STL) conversor


It is a challenging endeavour to extract the mesh of a whole brain, any specific brain tissue or any particular area from a magnetic resonance image. With the suppport of 3D-MED, we have developed a pipeline based on GIF that will help you to do just that. You only need to choose the tissue that you want to extract and upload a T1-weighted image in NIFTI format. We will compute it, and send an email with STL file ready for printing in any 3D printer, it will include the result as a NIFTI as well. If you want a personalised set of regions you can choose them from this list.
