Hippocampal profiling tool (FIFO Queue)


The hippocampal profiling tool is a fully automated software-as-service tool optimised for epilepsy. It uses HippoSeg to obtain accurate hippocampal segmentations which are then aligned with a group template to use for cross-sectional area profiling along the anterior-posterior axis. These whole-hippocampal volumes and cross-sectional area profiles are compared to a healthy control population of over 300 healthy controls to assist in localised atrophy characterisation.
